Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase and use of SENTINEL (the "Product"), a digital product sold by OnTheWay Agency ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Product you agree to them.
1. Merchant of record
Orders are processed by our third-party reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, billing, taxes and invoicing. Their checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Your payment relationship for the transaction is with them.
2. What you get
A digital download of AI agent instructions (Claude Code commands and, depending on tier, ChatGPT/Claude.ai prompt versions) and related documentation. Delivery is electronic, usually immediately after payment.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files or their contents.
4. Third-party tools
The Product runs on third-party AI services (such as Claude Code, Claude.ai or ChatGPT) that you access under your own account and their terms. Some require a paid plan. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI and are not responsible for their services, availability or pricing.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Product only on your own accounts, devices and data, or networks you are permitted to use. Do not use it to access, scan or monitor systems or people without authorisation, or for any unlawful purpose.
6. No professional advice
The Product is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax or security consulting advice. AI output can be wrong; review everything before acting. Savings or security outcomes are not guaranteed. All sales are final, see the refund policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Updates
We may update the Product and these terms. Material changes to terms apply to purchases made after the change.
