Refund Policy
All sales are final
SENTINEL is digital content delivered instantly after payment. Once delivered, the files can be copied and kept, so they cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download has been made available to you. By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, where applicable law allows this.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You could not access the files and we could not fix it within 7 days of you contacting us.
- Where consumer law in your country requires a refund.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Orders under a chargeback lose access to updates.
